[Cancellation/Return/Exchange]

(1) Returns can be made within one week from the date of arrival of the product .

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.
・ Products that have been used ・ Art products ・ Products that have been used for more than one week after arrival ・ Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer ・ Products that do not have packages (bags/cases) ・ Order products/Names Products that have been processed for the customer, such as products with stuffed products, and other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page.

(3) The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for returned goods due to customer's convenience.

(4) Refunds will be made within 7 business days after the returned item arrives, depending on the payment method.
